Will my existing cameras work?
Most modern IP cameras and recorders that allow remote viewing can be connected to our monitoring desk. During your free site assessment we check your system and tell you exactly what will work.
What if my site has no speakers?
Audio talk-down needs a speaker on site that our operators can reach. If you don't have one yet, we'll tell you what kind of speaker your site needs during the assessment.
What happens if the intruder doesn't leave?
Before we start, we agree an escalation plan with you: who to call, in what order, and when to contact the local authorities. Our operator follows that plan step by step.
Which hours do you cover?
Your dedicated desk covers 12 hours every night. We set the exact hours with you so they match the time your site is empty.
Who can see my camera footage?
